Participation in contrast therapy, cold plunge, sauna, breathwork, and related activities involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation. Memberships and Payments

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

Studio Rules

  • Swimwear is required in all wet areas.
  • Sandals or flip-flops are recommended.
  • Follow all posted safety guidelines for sauna and cold plunge use.
  • Plunsana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow studio rules or behaves in a manner that disrupts other guests.
